Notes

  • Please Note:

    Suitable clothing must be worn (no nudity or G-strings), and we advise you that your swimwear and towels will have a residue odour of thermal springs.

    The bathing session starts promptly at your booked time so please arrive 10 minutes before the start time, ensuring you make the most of your visit. Note that you must vacate the pools immediately after your 2-hour session ends. If your session starts at 6 PM, the latest you can enter is 7 PM; hot pools close off entry 1 hour after the session start time.

    No-shows will incur a full charge.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a refund or credit to be considered. This is also subject to the Bookme T&C's.

    In case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.
