Upon arrival we were met by a very courteous and high energy team, this combined with their professionalism helped put my wife's anxiety at ease, we went last out of three groups, once she had seen the process a couple of times she was ready...the launch, flight and recovery went without a hitch and the GoPro footage just put the icing on the cake. Our adult children are bussing that mum actually went, and we have photographic evidence to prove it...Thanks Flying Kiwi your awesome.
