• Gift Purchase: If this service is purchased as a gift for anyone other than yourself please include contact information for the person who will receive this service at Nadi Wellness. This ensures your friend receives the correct starting time and location to arrive at for their enjoyment of their service.

• IMPORTANT:

  > Allow approximately 90 minutes for the whole experience (consultation about injuries and your needs included).

  > Nadi Wellness will contact you as soon as possible with your treatment start time (reception working hours Mon-Sun 8am-1.30pm, closed public holidays).

  > Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have received an email from Nadi Wellness directly with your starting time.

  > You are responsible to check your email including Spam/ Junk folders for any communication and we highly recommend checking your email prior to your treatment.

  > All booking slots are START BETWEEN times; this means that Nadi Wellness chooses the start time of your appointment depending on the availability in our schedule. This does not mean that your appointment will be finished within this time slot but can start any time between the given times. We recommend contacting Nadi Wellness via email (email address can be found on your booking confirmation) if you want to request a certain start time.

  > No refund is given if you book within 24 hours of your appointment and the given time does not suit your schedule.

  > We do our best to start your treatment in time, however due to the nature of our job, we may sometimes experience delays and ask you for your understanding and patience with this.

  > Please check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time at Nadi Wellness Centre and provide a contact number. Please note that mobile services are not available for this deal.

  > We recommend checking on the day of your booking if there are any changes - we strongly recommend providing an email address AND a contact number. Preferable starting times can be requested but not guaranteed. Please note that we do not give refunds if you cancel your booking within 24 hours because your preferred time slot isn't available.

  > If you have any questions or request to change on your booking, please contact the Nadi Wellness directly (contact details can be found on your booking confirmation).

  Please Note: We just recently experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations. Your time is as important to us as our own. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 HOURS NOTICE. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client who would be hoping to get an appointment with us.

  If 24 HOURS NOTICE isn't given, or you simply do not show, we won't fully refund you. In certain cases (snowfall, road closures, cancelled/ delayed flights, hospital/ doctor visit), we can allow a 30% refund. Please note that we will require proof if one of these situations happens if no proof is provided, we will be unable to organise a partial refund. Your travel insurance might be able to cover.

  Please note that if you require a pregnancy massage to contact us first before booking so we can allocate your booking to a pregnancy trained therapist.
