Entspannung pur
Wunderschöner SPA-Bereich, wo man sehr gut entspannen kann. Zu der Zeit, wo ich dort war, 12 Uhr und bei Sonnenschein, war es sehr leer und eine sehr angenehme, ruhige Stimmung. Die Sauna ist nach Geschlechtern getrennt und Handtücher gibts auch. Alles sehr sauber und edel, mehr als wert den Preis!

Definitely a treat well worth to do in lovely Queenstown. Great facilities and the value of the package was unbeatable.

Saunas out of action
Disappointed on arrival to be informed the saunas have been closed for some time awaiting specialist parts from Europe.

Worst Spa Experience Ever
Our experience at the spa at the Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa was honestly the worst spa experience of our lives. It is advertised as a premium facility, but nothing felt luxurious, except perhaps the shower. From the moment we arrived at the changing rooms, the disappointment began. The women’s sauna was out of order, the steam room was run-down and poorly maintained, and the staircases looked worn and neglected. The pool had real potential, but the furniture around it was comparable to what you would expect in a one-star hotel. As for the hot tub, it was far too hot and, in our opinion, should be checked. We are regular spa-goers, and this temperature was clearly not normal. The jets weren’t even working, so it was simply an excessively hot basin in which staying more than 40 seconds was unbearable. There was a refreshment station with water, but offering a small tea selection would have helped improve what was otherwise a very mediocre experience. We ended up leaving after just one hour instead of two. The arrival of children jumping into the pool, combined with the surrounding construction noise, was simply too much. Do not waste your money.

Sehr entspannt
Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hilton Spa. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Handtücher liegen vor Ort bereit, es gibt Liegen zum Entspannen nach dem Schwimmen im großzügigen Pool oder nach einem Aufenthalt in der zur Verfügung stehenden Sauna. Ich war um die Mittagszeit dort und hatte den Spabereich fast für mich alleine. Klare Empfehlung!
