Hilton sauna spa pool steam room
It was lovely after a few days of walking exploring Queenstown only downside was no private changing room had to get changed in area right by entrance into sauna showers area in clear view of people walking in and out

Nice and relax hot pool
The hot pool and steam room are very nice. Especially good for relaxation after your ski trip. You can have a drink in the hotel cafe after the pool and walk along the lakeside to enjoy the beautiful lake and Remarkables. The shower is not working well.

Only if you got time to kill
It was pretty average experience. you have to share facilities with the hotel guests, which is fine, but be prepared if you want an adult time, this isn't it. The changing facilities were messy, towels everywhere and not particularly private either, the ladies change area, the door open straight into it and on the opposite side is the mens, their is no privacy screen coming from showers to changing room, so if a lady open the door at the wrong time, anyone can see in. The cleaners came when I was finishing up, she was meant to put towels away, and take away wet ones, but spent more time sitting on her personal phone sitting on the cushion.

Bit disappointed
It was school holidays which you can’t do much about. And I know that’s not the hiltons fault. But kids were everywhere and parents talking really loud, taking over the space not caring about anyone else using the facilities. I would avoid this place in the holidays!!! Pool was a lot smaller than I would have thought. Same with the hot tub. I’m going to try outside of school holidays to see if that changes anything. But honestly not wowed by the facilities.

Sauna, Pool, Hot Tub Experience at the Hilton
The 1.2m pool was lovely, clean, quiet, and perfect for an uninterrupted 30-minute swim. The hot pool was very pleasant, though I could only stay in for about five minutes; an ice bath option would make a great addition for contrast therapy. The sauna was clean but a little cramped. The shower and bathroom facilities were well maintained, and the water stations and towel service were excellent. The hairdryer could use an upgrade, and it would have been nice to have a key available for the lockers. The front counter staff were very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of action during my visit, which was a bit disappointing, but for $15, I really can’t complain. Overall, a relaxing experience and great value. I would return and happily recommend it to others.
