Entree – choose one of the following

Won Ton Miso Soup Asian style pork and chicken raviolis served with soba noodles and pok choy in a miso broth

Beetroot Tartare Baked beetroot with red onion, confit lemon, capers and a cured egg yolk

NZ Green Lipped Mussels Sauteed in white wine, garlic, red chilli, coriander and coconut cream. Served with rosemary focaccia

Main – choose one of the following

Herb Crusted Lamb Rack Served with hasselback potatoes, spring carrots and onion jus

Osso Bucco Venison Osso Bucco Venison in a tomato and juniper sauce with shiitake gnocchi, sauteed pok choy, edamame puree and chili tapioca

Confit Duck Leg (gf) Coated in a hoisin and sage sauce, served with red lentils, seared fennel, grill apricot and a sweet vinegar sauce

Braised Pork Belly (gf) Tender pork belly braised in nam jin sauce with celeriac puree, baked beetroot and hot apple jelly.

Shiitake Mushroom Risotto (v) (gf) Creamy arborio rice slowly cooked with shiitake mushrooms, onions

and rosemary dressed with truffle oil and parmesan cheese
