Great Time
From the time we stepped in staff were friendly and welcoming it was a good experience the drinks were tasty we played a few games got a few photos and relaxed

Below Zero Ice Bar
Great experience, friendly and energetic staff. We only lasted 30 minutes in the cold but that was enough for us to get a taste. You get to smash your ice cup into the wall afterwards. Worth a look if not done before.

Was a bit underwhelming and the room was too full of people. I think other ice bars do it better

Standing Room Only
The disappointing thing about going to Below Zero was that I had booked through Book Me for a discounted price only to be told that I had to pay again but not at the discounted price but full price. The excuse given was that even though you book and pay by credit card the money doesn’t go through. If I didn’t have my young granddaughter with me I would have cancelled.

Chill factor
This experience gave me the chill factor. It was chilly and came with an enjoyable amount of laughs had with many others. While it was a little crowded at times, I loved the cocktail options and loved how you could drink from a frozen cup. Afterwards you got to get smashed on a wall, oh sorry, smash your cup on the wall. We will be back.
