Great ride. Affordable prices.
Relaxing afternoon and we were slotted in after I booked the wrong day. Very affordable compared to others in Wanaka.

A must-do in Wanaka!
Bikes are of high quality, the staff are nice and helpful. Great experience riding along the lake with gorgeous views! Will do it again with bike lounge when back to Wanaka.

Bike Lounge
Picking up the bike was good. A friendly young man helped me choose a helmet and matched me to the correctly sized bike dropping was terrible. We waited outside while the owner i presume had a conversation with his friends totally ignoring us.

Kia ora Valdene, thank you for your feedback, our apologies for the bad experience you had upon returning your bikes. All throughout the year we have multiple businesses operating from our premises (7+ businesses with over 40 staff, 5 of whom work at Bike Lounge) including a ski workshop, administration offices, and others who are not employed at Bike Lounge so they are not always able to receive returned rentals. If you can email us with any more information about your return to [email protected] that would be greatly appreciated. This will help me pass this feedback onto the winter crew who are often working or meeting for conversations during our busiest afternoon returns so we can ensure we communicate effectively across all businesses working from our space. Die Fahrräder waren die besten, die wir uns in Neuseeland ausgeliehen haben. Für den Preis unschlagbar! Der Besitzer war äußerst freundlich und fachkundig und hat uns tolle Vorschläge für unsere Tour gemacht. Er hat die Fahrräder optimal eingestellt, geölt und wir waren begeistert von diesem tollen Service! Auch geeignet für Leute, die nicht oft Fahrrad fahren.
