Learn about how we take the raw ingredients, add in some fresh glacial flow from the Shotover River and combine till we end up with the perfect glass of delicious beer - it's just like magic!
Have a taste test of our four regular brews plus two seasonally made beers whilst enjoying the fabulous view of the valley and decide for yourself which is best.
