Bad Weather Refunds

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

Please Note: A minimum of 2 guests are required for the cruise to operate. If you are booking for 1 person please continue to book & you will be contacted direct by Cruise Te Anau to confirm or waitlist.
The Bay Cruise departs at 11:00am & returns at 12 noon.
Please meet at 10:45am for the 11:00am departure.
Please make sure you include your email address & if possible a New Zealand contact phone number, also the name of your accommodation the night before the cruise in case we need to contact you for any reason.

Disappointing

We were the only two people on this hour long cruise. However, I felt for the group of 10 people who had booked into the 3 hour time slot the same afternoon. The boat was old and filthy and with that number of people on board would have been very cramped inside as there was not much outside seating to admire the view.

Fantastic time on the lake

Peter is a very knowledgeable, experienced guide with a keen sense of humour making our time on the lake a great start to the day. Totally worth our time and money, and another bonus is we had booked a time where it was just the three of us. Hence we got more time to chat the time away on the beautiful lake. Highly recommend!
