Departing from Queenstown, enjoy our luxury vehicle as you hear and learn the incredible history and culture of Glenorchy through our unique onboard story-telling system operated by GPS technology.
Once we’ve arrived in Glenorchy you’ll have plenty of time to relax and take stunning photos of the beautiful top of the lake location. You’ll have time to explore Glenorchy’s short walks, café's, the local pubs and enjoy the scenery before returning to Queenstown.

Itinerary
- Pick up times: 8am and 1pm from Athol Street
- Stop for photo opportunities along the shoreline of Lake Wakatipu.
- Arrive in Glenorchy with 1.5 hours of free time to explore.
- Returning back to Queenstown at approx 12.00pm & 5:00pm.

So worth the trip!
It was so worth the trip. Even though our family was the only one booked, the tour proceeded as planned. Our guide Dave was amazing. His driving skills was awesome as we felt very safe. His stories and funny jokes were all entertaining. Even my 6 year old talked about his jokes after the tour. Glenorchy is soo nice to visit. Every angle is a nice photo spot. And not being the driver makes it so much nicer to appreciate the drive. Thanks Dave! 😊

Very poor…., abandoned in Glenorchy for an hour and a half. Little to do or see. Trip needs more content.

congratulate the guide/driver who, even though there was only me on the tour, didn't cancel, he was extremely professional, a very friendly gentleman, even though he didn't have good English, he managed to understand me at all times, I hope this message reaches him
