    Great experience

I really like it because it was way less touristy than Milford Sound

    Go Orange

Excellent adventure for those looking for a much quiter Sound experience and total remoteness. Very knowledgable tour guides and all round pleasant people. It gets very wet which provides beautiful waterfalls down the mountains but over all visibility is hampered by the weather. It's worth planning your trip around weather forecasts but it can change within the hour so a bit of luck is needed for a clear sunny day. None the less, amazing experience and a must-do when visiting the Sounds

    Waste of money

This is the first tour I’ve ever regretted. The 9 hour round trip for 3 hours of a monotonous cruise is not worth it. It was sold as you can see dolphins and penguins and seals etc and I saw nothing. The commentary on the way there is relentless. It’s so early and they never shut up. On the way back there were two buses going to different destinations so I asked if I was on the right bus and got a sarcastic answer. I also had someone’s child grab me by the hair and the parents did nothing. What a miserable day.
