Highlights

  • Stunning 360degree views from top of Crown Peak

  • 1300m of descent over 10km.

Crown Peak is one of our most popular half day trips.

Our heli flight takes you to the top of Crown Peak at 1731m where you will get 360 degree views over the Wakatipu Basin, Wanaka and beyond.

It has a relatively simple 4x4 track that descends from the top as well as some fabulous single track options that run along the high narrow ridgeline and through the tussocks, then through Brackens Gully and onto either Tobins track or Murphys run for the more advanced rider.

We end the ride in Arrowtown for a refreshing beverage at the Fork and Tap.
