High Country Horses - Mountain Loop Full Day Ride INACTIVE
Ex Queenstown or Glenorchy
A new product for the summer-season! This is a full day adventure, with up to six hours horse riding that will take you across braided rivers, past lakes, and under massive cliff faces as we scale the west side of Mount Alfred. The view is the 'Best in the South' by horseback!!
You will have a packed lunch in your personal Saddlebags and you can choose your lunch-spot along the way. Enjoy the stories of the area and the freedom to ride at your pace. This is a personal experience with a limit of five people per group plus your local guide.

What you need to bring:
- Long trousers
- Suitable Sturdy Footwear & Socks
- Sunglasses & Sunscreen
- Your Camera!
- Warm Clothing in Winter Months
Price: $305pp includes packed lunch & transfers from Queenstown if required.
Departure:
- Queenstown Pick-up: Departs daily at 8am
- Self Drive to Glenorchy: Please allow 1 hours drive time from Queenstown to Glenorchy to arrive on time for your 9am check-in.
- Approximate weight of each rider
- Each riders level of riding experience
- Any special dietary requirements for your picnic lunch
- If you require pick up from Queenstown, please advise where you would like to be collected from in central Queenstown i.e. your Accommodation.
- Minimum Age 7
- Weight Restriction: 95kgs unless by prior arrangement.
- A reasonable level of fitness will be required
Duration: Up to 6 hours riding. Allow approximately 8 hours return from Queenstown

Great location and experience
We did the mountain loop full day ride. The ride itself was great with different terrain and several chances to canter and do river crossings. The staff were really nice and helpful and I loved every minute of it. We found it especially good that they provide a bus transfer from Queenstown centre as we do not have a car
