Discover and uncover the secrets of Lord of the Rings locations on the amazing Half Day Lord of the Rings Tour.
You'll get to visit various filming locations for the Lord of the Rings Trilogy with an entertaining and knowledgable guide who will bring the stories to life, share secrets about how locations were transformed into Middle Earth, and even let you re-live the action through your very own camera!
You'll handle and photograph over $15,000 worth of weapons and costumes and create your very own fantasy adventure film!
On the morning tour, you'll experience the spectacular landscapes of featured films such as The Argonath (Pillars of the King), The Gladden fields and the Ford of Bruinen, and if you choose the afternoon tour, you will walk in Ithilien and Isengard.
We travel in small groups for a personal and interactive experience. Enjoy a full commentary of the beautiful areas you will travel through and hear all the LOTR stories and gossip.
Departures & location: 10am or 1.45pm from outside The Station Information Centre, Queenstown.
