Awesome

Our day wasn’t particularly dry and sunny, but this didn’t change the fact that we had an awesome experience checking out the Milford Sound on our Mitre Peak Cruise. I was a bit worried when I saw the size of our boat compared to all the others moored up, but it couldn’t have been better!! We got sooo close to the waterfalls and where the seals were basking on a rock. The staff on the boat were excellent, very friendly and giving us plenty of interesting facts about the region. We were lucky enough to have a pod of dolphins playing and swimming along side the boat which was an amazing experience. Overall we had a fantastic time !!!

Best cruise on the Milford yet 👌

4th time back at Milford and have done the orange, red and blue cruise boats. Mitre Peak being smaller with a more intimate experience, very clean and the crew were amazing. With exceptional knowledge and one of the crew going into how he’s restoring the extremely rare Paua sea snail population within the fiord. Also going through details on the jade rocks which haven’t been mentioned on any of the other cruises. Highly recommend! 😎👌

Ok, but nothing special

We were probably unlucky to take the cruise on a rainy day.... it would have been much more beautiful on a sunny day. The cruise itself was probably same as with other providers, we could see that all boats are doing same circle. Small boat, enough place for everyone, free (instant) coffee and tea. Some commentaries from the Cruz, but not too much. No Dolfins, no penguins. Seals were on the rock, so we saw the seals. For the rest -many waterfalls from the mountains, first few -impressive, the rest - boring. Overal impressions- it was interesting, but I don't understand why it's called "the nr1 attraction in NZ" and too expensive for what it was...

All good! Thanks

The curise was all good! Friendly crew, nice boat The only thing was the counter staff in terminal, Storm, not the worst, but will make you remember. I hope she can one day understand she is not a vending machine and she is the first impression of client to the company.
