Best Milford Sound cruise

A friend recommended that I book a smaller boat for my Milford Sound cruise to get closer to experience the waterfalls. The June forecast was rain so I booked the morning cruise so it allowed me to stop in daylight for photos for the drive back to Queenstown.

A magical experience

Yes, it really was the trip of a lifetime! The views were magnificent, and I only wish that I could describe them adequately! Ours was a 2-hour trip and the Skipper and Crew were great! As were all the staff we met at the terminus! I highly recommend this trip to anyone who would like to go to " wonderland"! Just make sure that you are warmly dressed! If you have any plans to make, you MUST Include this trip!!!

Amazing scenery, totally worth it

The boat ride through the sounds were magical, was so cool to be able to share the experience with my brother. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front deck (even in the winter, just bundled up) to get even more dramatic views and feel the fresh air. Even saw dolphins on the way back!

Must Do in Milford

It was my fourth time and first time for my Mrs going on Milford cruise. Had a lovely time on board. Excellent staff and commentary. Thank you Mitre Peak for making the most beautiful part of the country accessible and enjoyable.
