Begin by taking to the skies on arguably the greatest scenic flight in the world from Queenstown to Milford Sound. Our guaranteed window seats will give you expansive views that will simply take your breath away!
As we glide through the sky you’ll see rugged spires of schist rock, mile-high cliffs of granite, lush rainforests, turquoise glacial lakes and untamed waterfalls. Your friendly and experienced pilot will glide among the sights giving you unique uninterrupted views, while also proving inflight commentary about the geology and history of the region.
The flight takes you down the length of the sound proving spectacular views as you prepare to land at a hidden runway tucked in the rainforest surrounded by 6,000-foot granite cliffs.
Next, board your luxury cruise boat, the Jucy Gem, new to Milford Sound in 2017 and complete with glass roof indoor areas. Make sure to look out for Fur seals and penguins as the leisurely cruise runs the length of the sound and back!
You’ll be simply amazed when we stop at Stirling Falls – a gorgeous 151 meter waterfall which cascades from the cliff face. Prepare to get wet if you’re brave enough to remain top-side of the boat, otherwise you can still enjoy the show while keeping dry inside.
After the cruise your pilot will meet you at the boat terminal and escort you to your waiting aircraft, where you’ll board for another spectacular flight along a different route back to Queenstown.

Once in a lifetime trip
This was really a once in a lifetime experience for myself and my parents (who are in their mid 70s). Communication from the team was friendly and excellent, and the flight itself was breathtaking with a very knowledgeable pilot. You definitely see so much more from the air, and my dad was even able to sit in the cockpit! The cruise was so much fun going under the waterfalls and experiencing the height of the mountains from below. A highly recommended journey!
