Nadi Wellness Centre has an integrated approach to hatha yoga practice, assimilating flowing physical postures with conscious breath guidance, mediation and yoga philosophy to unite mind, body and spirit.
Choose from classes below:
Hatha (All Levels):
Hatha, meaning the balance between the sun and a moon, is a steady flowing anatomy-based practice focusing on strength and flexibility. This is a mixed level class and teachers will offer various options for those of different experience levels.
If you are new to yoga Hatha can be a great class to start with!
Vinyasa Flow:
Vinyasa yoga connects breath with movement as you transition fluidly between postures, through progressive sequences that unfold with an inherent harmony and intelligence. This is an all-levels class and teachers will offer various options for those of different experience levels.
Mat Pilates:
Mat Pilates is a great way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Mat Pilates focuses on the core, or the "powerhouse," as Joseph Pilates called it. The core is essential in maintaining your health and preventing injury. The focus in the pilates classes will be maintaining good posture and gives you the tools to keep a good posture in daily life as well.
