Similar to wine tasting but with natural artisan honey! Our honey tasting is a truly epic family friendly experience that can be enjoyed by all ages.
Through the course of this tasting you’ll enjoy 5x artisan honeys from 5 very different parts of New Zealand.
We’ll teach about you what makes each one so unique, including the people, places and key influences that define the colour, smell and taste profile of each exquisite honey.
Our digital presentation will take you into the world of our bees, showing the actual hives, Bee Keepers, landscapes and flora that contribute to the sweet honey you are tasting.
The Whitestone Cheese business was established by the Berry Family in Oamaru, North Otago in 1987 and they have developed a delicious range of award-winning cheeses which can be perfectly paired with our wide range of honey.
One of the tastings we offer is the Whitestone Windsor Blue with a Rata, or our very own Moonlight Wildflower.

Great honey tasting experience!
Definitely worth a stop by Buzz-stop if you are in Queenstown area. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly! We spent almost a good half a day there engaging in their activities and we really enjoyed ourselves. Nick shared with us a whole lot of honey history and honey products from different parts of New Zealand, which all tasted really yummy!
