Escape the hustle of Queenstown and experience a blissful soak in the Onsen outdoor hot tubs, perfectly positioned high in the cliffs of an exclusive location, offering breath-taking views and pure relaxation.

Each pool is perfectly heated to 38.3 degrees and enveloped by beautiful plant surrounds which partially seclude you from fellow bathers, offering a feeling of peace and tranquillity as you relax and lap up the views from this stunning location.

Your exclusive one-hour outdoor hot tub experience is perfect for groups of up to 4 people and is enhanced by a complimentary glass of the region's finest wine, beer or juice and a choice of ice cream, crisps or chocolate.

What's included

  • 1 hour hot pool access
  • Towels

  • Select your own snack from a selection of New Zealand products – either a Whittaker’s chocolate bar, Pure ice cream or Proper hand cooked crisps
  • Return transport shuttle service if required

  • To consume Alcohol you must be over the legal drinking age. You may be asked to produce Government Issued ID to prove your age.

    Maximum of 4 persons per pool room (Adults & Children inclusive) eg: you can only add 1 extra adult/ child to the 3 person pool etc.If you are purchasing an extra person please remember the total number of people must not exceed 4.

    Children:

    Children are welcome between 9am - 4:30pm. Last child booking is 4pm. No children under 5 years allowed.

    Booking times:

    Please select your preferred timeframe from the calendar below. Onsen Hot Pools will be in touch shortly after your booking is made to confirm your exact booking time within the selected time frame.

    Please double check that your booking date is correct as booking demand is high and bookings are non-transferable once confirmed.

    $20.00 Per Child - (5 - 11 years old) Children are welcome between 9am - 4:30pm. Evening sessions are restricted to 12 years old and above.

    24 hours notice of cancellation required, 48 hours for group bookings. 4 hours notice of rescheduling required. Children ages 5 to 11 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

    We ask that children are accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. To ensure a relaxed, quiet environment after hours for all guests, we do not allow children under 11 years in the pools after 4:30pm.
