With its scenic surroundings and relaxed casual atmosphere, Nadi Wellness Centre welcomes you to sooth your mind and body and experience greater health and wellbeing in this tranquil setting.
Nadi's 1 hour Pilates Class will assist you in developing your breath and spatial awareness, fluidity of motion, posture and core strength.
The pilates conditioning routine will also help to improve flexibility, muscle strength and endurance whilst developing a strong body core which will improve coordination and balance.
Pilates not only contributes to overall body fitness but also assists with the engagement of the mind helping you to achieve a sense of vitality and teach you greater resilience in the modern world.
