Take the Gondola up, rising to an impressive 1649m before stepping onto the viewing platform to relish the 360 degree world-famous view stretching from Wakatipu Basin towards the Southern Alps.
Grab a bite from Cafe 1200 and find a spot to enjoy while overlooking the epic mountain trails.
Experience the gorgeous views of Coronet Peak and Queenstown with a stunning Gondola Pass and return transport!

- 10am meet at Duke Street in the center or Queenstown
- Depart by bus to Coronet Peak base building
- Ride the gondola to the summit

- 12.30pm bus back to Queenstown

Everything from pickup from Bus , drop off , gondola ride and back to city was very smooth and fantastic

Fantastic experience
This very reasonable trip is a must do activity; coronet peak has longer gondola ride experience & it is in higher elevation than Skyline QT; the mountain ranges view is way more outstanding & superb; I will try it again in my next QT trip ! Helpful & friendly gondola crew & shuttle driver

Beautiful scenery
I booked this experience one week before my flight. Very straight forward. We caught the bus that was included in the package. Such beautiful scenery up at coronets peak! Must say better views than Auckland (don’t come for me 😂) my family enjoyed it so much, the workers were very welcoming, I would recommend this experience if you don’t have a rental car and want to get out of Queenstown centre for a bit. Overall LOVE IT
