Our Scandinavian-inspired cocktail lounge is built from almost 30 tonnes of hand-carved, glass-like ice architecture. We will keep you cosy in our luxe winter coats and quench your thirst with our carefully curated cocktail menu.
Conveniently located next to the iconic Skyline Gondola, our spectacular ice sculptures change every few months thanks to multiple blocks of ice, chainsaws, chisels, and one exceptionally gifted ice carver.

Rolled out fresh
Had a frozen ball at our experience. Ollie was a fabulous host!! Making my hubbies 60th birthday extra spesh. Could not had a better time. Cheers 🍹

Chilled🥶
The Ice bar was a fantastic experience with great staff and excellent drinks. Small, the bar provided an intimate and cozy experience if one could say that with freezing temperatures. The only downside.... no toilets on site for the bar 😢
