Our small tours have a maximum for 4 people ensuring a high quality and personalized experience away from the crowds.
The tour begins with pick-up from your Queenstown accommodation in our comfortable 4WD before we hit the road for an unforgettable tour of this amazing region.
As we make our way to Paradise Valley we’ll stop off at several point along the way for all of the must see views of this jaw dropping scenic beauty including; Bennetts Bluff for must see views of the lake, over to Pig and Pigeon Island, Walter Peak, Mount Nicholas and more!
Next we stop off in the town that heads Lake Wakatipu to photograph the iconic Glenorchy Boatshed and lakefront before reaching our main destination, Paradise Valley.
A photographer’s playground - Paradise Valley boasts backdrops of mountain ranges, lush Beech tree forests, still clear water and beautiful native birdlife - perfect for landscape and macro photography.
Whether you're a complete novice, a professional photographer or somewhere in-between, the Glenorchy & Paradise tour is a must-do for anyone with and interest in nature & scenic photography!

Not just for photographers
We booked our tour last minute and received a confirmation email straight away - the next morning we were off to a relaxing tour of Glenorchy and Paradise. We found this a wonderful way to see the area, and to be taken to the best spots for photos.

10/10 would recommend
Initially wanted to do an LOTR tour in and around Queenstown but I think I’ve done the better option and just see Glenorchy and Paradise. Dan was very accommodating and always pointed out good shots of the mountains. As for the scenery... it was just enchanting. It was quite difficult to capture the beauty because you have to be there to take it all in. Thank you so much for this trip, Dan!!
