    A valid form of ID is required to enter the venue (Passport, NZ driver's license, Hanz 18+ or Kiwi Access card). Host responsibility applies.

    Minors must be accompanied by their parent or permanent legal guardian.

    For children and minors, cocktails will be replaced with mocktails. Alternatively, the "Chill Experience | 1 Mocktail" can be purchased in store for $40.

    Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Definitely a must-do experience when in Queenstown. Fun for adults & kids with a large range of cocktails & mocktails so everyone can get in on the adventure. Good quality gear on loan to keep you warm. Only con is the price for kids - full price for the little ones which can make it a tad pricey.

Our whole family (2 adults and 2 kids) absolutely loved visiting the Ice bar. Drinks were delicious, sculptures amazing and just the whole experience was fun. Memories made and the staff were incredible and so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend and do it again 🥰
