Located just a 25 minute scenic drive from Queenstown is the highly acclaimed Rabbit Ridge Bike Resort, nestled within the warm north facing area of the beautiful Gibbston Valley.

This purpose built biking resort accommodates for all levels of riders - from complete beginners through to the extreme thrill seeking downhill rider!

With a mixture of flat easy riding ground and challenging heart pumping hills over cross country terrain there's something for everyone.

Rabbit Ridge boasts over 40 km's of expertly designed premium bike trails which offer a thrilling way to experience Central Otago's awe-inspiring terrain.

The resort also offers various kids trails with a base area for relaxing between runs making it a perfect family friendly activity.

The beauty of the Gibbston Valley site and biking opportunities on offer make Rabbit Ridge a world class biking paradise.

  • Adult (15 years & over) - $10
  • Child (6 to 14 years, must be accompanied by an adult) - $7 (To be added when you proceed to checkout)
  • Family Pass (2 Adults & up to 3 Children) - $25
  • Toddlers (5 years & under) - Free

    What to bring: A camera and warm clothes. Snacks and drinks are available to buy on site.

  • April 1st to September 30th - 10am to 3pm
  • October 1st to November 30th - 9am to 5pm
  • December 1st to March 31st (Sunday - Wednesday) - 9am to 6pm (last check in 5pm)

    Rabbit ridge bike resort

    Booking was a bit disorganised. But the trails are good quality single track and the setting is great. Shuttle worked pretty well. Finished the morning riding out on Homeward trail to Gibbston valley winery for lunch. Nice!
