Highlight of our NZ trip
We had an amazing experience. Due to exceptionally good weather the pilot decided to treat us with a small detour for a view over the west coast until the sea and a landing on the Franz Jozef glacier. Landing on an abandoned glacier with a plane on skis was definitely a highlight of our NZ trip, including the incredible views over the other glaciers and mountains during the flight.
