A step back in time!

This is the second time we have traveled on this beloved ship! It is a national treasure and a must to do if visiting Queenstown! Do be sure to check out the engine room and watch the stoker shoveling in the coal. One can explore at will and also buy great souvenirs and eats at the bar. We chose to stay outside on the deck as one gets the full experience of sailing under steam and the views are magnificent.

Lake Trip!;

A very pleasant and relaxed ways to see the beauties of Lake Wakatipu, and experience a little of high country agricultural life. The farm visit was an interesting interlude.

Exceeded expectations

The boat was beautiful, down to the smallest details. And there were amazing little extras - like being able to look into the steam room etc. The cafe had delicious food, and fantastic service. And the farm tour was totally cool. It was a big highlight of the trip. So worth it. Even my teenage kids thought it was awesome!
