Poor Customer Service
I was quite disappointed with the service here. This was my first time at Winnie’s and was so excited because I’ve only heard great things about them. However while I was eating, a waitress asked if I was finished while I was mid-bite and still had several slices left, which felt quite rude. The pizza was good but not amazing, and I later realised I’d been given a medium instead of the small I ordered as I was just dining alone but by then I had already finished eating. When I brought it up at the counter, the cashier didn’t check with the waitress and simply said “there’s nothing I can do” and he expected me to pay the medium price which I did. Overall the customer service was very poor. For such a popular restaurant, I expected much better.

They forgot about us
Pizza always 11/10 Service was pretty bad and staff rude / unhelpful. Arrived, was greeted and seated. Then waited… and waited and waited. All pther guests after us were seated and served. We eventually stood up To go order at the bat just to be sent back to out table to wait again.

Amazing Winnies Pizza
We booked dinner at Winnies Pizza for the first time based on recommendations. It didn’t disappoint us at all. All the pizzas 🍕 were great and the sides were delicious too! The service was very wonderful too!
