Nadi offers a range of yoga styles for you to choose from, each suited to your own individual needs.
Vinyasa Flow A flowing practice that focuses on connecting our breath with our movement as we transition fluidly between postures.
Yoga Stretch A slow meditative practice where poses are held for 3-8 minutes to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. Perfect for beginners and students wanting to complement their stronger.
Integral Traditional yoga with a holistic approach. Classic yoga postures, breathing techniques & relaxation/meditation.
Price: $22 per person
Included: Mats and props if required
Duration: 90 minutes
Location: Level 1 Rees House, Remarkables Park Shopping Centre (upstairs to left of Flight Centre)

Top yoga session
That was our first proper yoga experience and we will definitely do it again, it was so relaxing, we learnt so much about our body and some parts were really challenging too. Our yoga teacher was lovely! Totally recommend it!

Relaxing and Invigorating!
Having not been to a yoga class for awhile, I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect but from the moment I entered the studio until the time I left I was impressed with the customer service and the friendly attitude of the staff. The yoga studio is well presented and the teacher of my class was very approachable, clear with her instructions and welcoming. By the end of the class I felt relaxed, invigorated and ready to face the world! I would definitely recommend this class to friends and family as the 90 minutes just seemed to fly by.
