Pieter Hectors said... Arrowtown is a tidy course with a pleasant atmosphere. I paid $45 (the Bookme price) as opposed to the usual $85 green fee. To my mind the course is fairly representative of your average well-groomed NZ country course and doesn't justify the higher price tag asked. I played on a Monday and many top Wellington clubs do a $20 deal on a a Monday, so why am I paying $45 at Arrowtown ? Many NZ club courses green fees are between $20 - $30 and present just as well with regard to quality.
