I emailed the restaurant and no reply. I then rang them 1 hour again post our booking time and spoke to a lady who said it was my loss as I had missed the booking. I told her how I tried to resolve the issues prior but she was not interested after having had a discussion with the manager. So we were scammed of $135 - absolute cheats from The Ballarat! We however had booked on Book Me for a helicopter trip earlier which proved to be incredible value and amazing experience
