We had a warm welcome and a tour of the restaurant being first timers. The grain fed sirloin steak that was made to order was delicious and worth the money we paid alone. Our waiter was so attentive, always topping up our water, always smiling, answered our curious questions, we returned to folded napkins whenever we left the table, unwanted plates were cleared quickly. We sat at a table by the window. Cant remember if i requested this when i booked but doesnt hurt to request it in your online booking in the notes section. I often feel i dont get my moneys worth with buffets because i cant eat alot, but my husband and i both agreed we did get $36 worth easily because the quality was higher than expected. The only cons i can think of is that the one soup option wasnt tasty (tomato) and there was no fruit (so odd for a buffet). Favourites were fresh prawns, potato salad, roast pork, steak and desserts - so thats a wide range! Recommend arriving 6 or 6.30 at opening time when all the food has just been brought out and hasnt been hacked into yet haha.
