Susan said... I wanted to do something a little different that would mark our trip to Queenstown. We packed in alot of activities and Bee Keeping Experience was one of them. I would highly recommend doing this - it was so interesting and i had so little knowledge of bees other than they can sting you and they make honey, but we left here so enlightened and amazed at the life of our nz honey bee. They are such amazing loyal and hard working insects and we got to experience and learn so much more about the life of the honey bee and a beekeeper. Rosie was our Beekeeper and her knowledge and enthusiasm made for a very very interesting and enjoyable few hours. Thanks so much Rosie we had a great visit.
