luigi said... No instructions were given. We had to find our own coats then was snapped at to pickup a hanger that had fallen off the rack. The bar was left unattended so we weren't able to purchase another drink. On exit we had to hang up our coats on a rack labeled used which I initially didn't see and was handing back up where I got it from. Queenstown Ice Bar is so much better
