It is mostly downhill so it was nice. The scenery is amazing on the way to Gibbston Valley. The winerys were beautiful. My partner and I are more beer drinkers (especially on a hot day) so we went to the Gibbston Tavern, which we absolutely loved. Great amotpshere, beautiful outdoor area, lots of outdoor games to play. We definitely recommend this to anyone wine (or beer) enthusiasts who like to have a scenic view from Arrowtown to Gibbston Valley. Absolultely loved!!
