The actual spa is nice but not world class luxury (ie not marble and zen as other places in the world) but having said that the service is impeccable from the receptionist to the therapist. I had Gisele who was SUPER amazing! I added the Me Time (massage and facial) to this treatment and it was pure bliss. If you can, try to book Gisele because she is the one of the best I have ever had.
Having traveled around the world and been fortunate enough to go to many luxury spas, Gisele would be world class standard. The heated bed was also a bonus as well as it was good they had a light fabric over the face base as there is nothing worse than getting (towel) crease face after a massage!
