Given the pace of life many of us live at, the chance to stop for an hour of completely sensory deprivation and deep relaxation was phenomenal. Having no aches and pains for that hour (and afterwards for quite a while) was really great. I'd highly recommend this! We would have gone again if we'd had more time, but will be taking advantage of similar facilities in our home town now we know how fantastic it feels.
