The person on the phone knew nothing about it. I emailed, no reply, emailed again two days later. No reply. Finally got an email back the day before we were leaving Queenstown. Offering 30% discount on our next booked treatment. Totally taking advantage of the fact they assume you are on holiday and since I replied asking for just the refund as we were going home, they have ghosted me.
