rochellen1 said... Very friendly staff but unfortunately the bikes we booked through Bookme were no longer available so we had to pay extra for an alternative option. Instructions on how to get to the cycle trails could have been a bit better - a simple map on how to get to the start of them from the pick up location would have been helpful. The description said Pocket map was included however they had run out of these. We also struggled to get up the hills with two of the bikes, however this may have been user error.
