The heating was off or didn’t work that well. I was hoping that the maybe the rooms would have better heating, electric blankets etc.. we were wrong. They had nothing but a thin towel to cover us an keep us warm. We paid for a full body massage so was down to our underwear.. it was freeeeeeezing! Towel didn’t even cover our feet - it was like almost torture to lie there getting massaged in such a cold place.. then the cold hands on top of it. We had paid for our massage prior so both felt be could not back out that easily.it was the worst experience ever.
