Wonderful place to stay
My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we loved our stay at the Heritage. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Manager Scott. The dining room staff made wonderful breakfast food and we had dinner one night which was delicious. It was a great location to walk into town even during the winter. If not into walking, the bus picks you up right outside the hotel. The room was clean, large and had a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Package
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with bus stop right outside. Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff, amazing views. Our room was clean, warm and cozy. The buffet breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed our welcome drink and a beautiful dinner with our voucher. This was the perfect Package for a romantic break away ❤️

Fantastic Stay at the Heritage
We stayed at the Heritage for 4 nights and loved it. Highly recommend get the breakfast included with the room.

Breakfast
I visit queenstown a lot and stay at a lot of different places. This is far the best breakfast I had . Really nice place to stay and food is amazing. I be booking here from now on. 😊

Fantastic views and lovely staff
Loved our stay at the Heritage. Staff went above and beyond and Jessica at reception was so helpful, even arranging an early check in. Loved the pools and breakfast included was definitely a bonus.
