Excellent!
The buffet lunch was excellent and extremely clean and neat around the eating area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits queenstown.

Less than average
Parking is horrendous. Lunch was less that average. Overcrowded!! seated is so jammed pack that everytime I wanted to get up meant other family members had to get up to let me out. And no it’s not due to me been a big person quite the opposite. A couple demanded their money back as they found the premium seating was less that average also. Rotorua Skyline beats Queenstown hands down for luge and lunch.

Good service
It was great, food was amazing. Staff are accommodating as well. But the weather was so bad that time and they didn’t allow us to rebook our booking.

Abundant choices from the buffet.
Would have been five stars if they provided warmed plates for your hot food and if the food was served somewhat hotter than it was the day we dined. Putting warm food on cold plates robbed it of what warmth it had, and it was cold before you finished your meal.
