Unfortunately we left Queenstown an hour before the boat trip and didn’t get the message until arriving. 38 min is not acceptable, and being this company is 45 min drive from QT and you want to arrive early, surely you know the night before? Coming back isn’t an option when they’re that far out of town. I also emailed and asked for the manager to respond prior to this review, but no one bothered to reply. Unless you’re staying in Cromwell, due to their unpredictable departures even when you’ve booked, I would stick to a Queenstown company or your time & petrol could be wasted. Our family walked away incredibly disappointed.
