Alexandra Morris said... Disorganised start as not told to check in before getting on the coach. Journey there was ok and broken up by several stops. Long wait ~1 hour at the boat terminal prior to boarding starting. I did not want to wait in a long queue for over an hour in the cold so opted to sit inside until boarding commenced which meant I was one of the last boarding the boat. There were hundreds and hundreds of people on this boat which was unexpected. I then had to wait in a 45 minute queue on board to get to the buffet and missed half the cruise as you are stuck in the middle of a boat. The buffet food was disgusting and inedible - I would suggest bringing your own food. Overall extremely disappointed.
