It was all a bit crowded, I'll make sure to avoid a cruise that includes a buffet if we go again. All but 2 of the tables were on teh lower floor and all were reserved for buffet ticket holders. So only 4 window seats left for everyone else, not great on a very very wet day, some of us did go up top for a wee bit but we should be able to get a good view from inside if we want. An included hot drink option for kids would have been nice, was just tea and coffee (as stated), sometimes there is milo or hot chocolate too. We'll go on a smaller non buffet boat next time and avoid waiting around in the boring terminal.
