Couldn't make it - no refund

Chris said... Unfortunately our flight couldn't land in Queenstown due to heavy cloud so we had to cancel our trip. The team were responsive but refused to offer any refund. Every other company (car hire, equipment hire, campsite, etc) all offered a full or partial refund, despite having the same cancellation policies, but go orange would not, which was disappointing.
