Deran Hewavitharane said... We were very impressed with the overall service by the staff. We were slightly late getting to the terminal having to deal with the last minute stuff around an infant and two kids. We weren't asked to collect the token to get on board, but instead they contacted the office and got us in. So it was a plus point to start things off. The boat took us through breathtaking views of the scenic mountains and pristine water. They offer complimentary tea/coffee.

What an experience it was!
