Our driver Wayne was very knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was with the boat ride. We all preordered our lunch on the bus including any allergies however when we got on the boat, our orders weren’t available. The member of staff actually tried to give me someone else’s order (allergy no egg). He said they’d be ready in 10mins. A little while later someone had an allergic reaction to their lunch. The staff had to ask other passengers for medicine. After 40mins of waiting I asked about my lunch again and was told it still wasn’t ready by the same member of staff. Another staff member overhead and offered to make my lunch then and there. The captain of the boat was constantly on his phone and not steering the boat. We were not told were the lifejackets were. There was a part where you see a waterfall. We were told that we’d get a bit wet and have a facial. The doors were locked with hardly any warning so people outside were trapped. The stairs were full so people trying to get back inside couldn’t. The caption then proceeded to go straight into the waterfall soaking everyone. Soaking is different than getting a bit wet. My friend had her iPad on her which is now broken. Jucy refuse to take responsibility for this. The caption did not give enough warning, did not say we’d get soaked and did not say to put electronics away. There was clearly a misunderstanding with what was happening with the waterfall as many people tried to get inside away from the water and me and my friend were actually crashed behind the metal door of the boat. When we informed Jucy of all this we were told that nothing has ever happened like that before, implying that we were lying. Jucy are irresponsible and dangerous and I would highly recommend never using them!
